At unit 305, we are here to give them the support they need in order to shape them into leaders of the future. We have a number leadership initiatives tutored by the BSA that help nurture our youth and help them develop the skills they will carry throughout their lives.

Trained & Prepared

305 Leadership

Leaders are volunteers who are trained in youth protection & protecting god's children.
Leader specific training provided by the BSA for each position held. Additional BSA training gives each leader a unique opportunity to excel our unit. These courses are available for all registered leaders.
