Scouts have so much to offer to the world - we believe in the power that they hold, and know that they will mold future generations of scouts to come. At unit 305, we are here to give them the support they need in order to shape them into leaders of the future. We have a number leadership initiatives tutored by the BSA that help nurture our youth and help them develop the skills they will carry throughout their lives.
Trained & Prepared
305 Leadership
Leaders are volunteers who are trained in youth protection & protecting god's children.
Leader specific training provided by the BSA for each position held. Additional BSA training gives each leader a unique opportunity to excel our unit. These courses are available for all registered leaders.
